About Dr. Michelle Jacobson : Dr. Michelle Jacobson is one of Canada’s leading experts in menopause care. A respected OB-GYN and menopause specialist based in Toronto, she is the co-founder of Coven Women’s Health, a virtual clinic that provides collaborative, personalized care for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Often described as “the doctor other doctors turn to,” for menopause guidance, Dr. Jacobson brings deep clinical experience and a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to care—particularly for women experiencing menopause due to cancer treatment, or those with Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancer syndromes. She is the lead author of the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC) clinical guidelines on menopause management for individuals with breast cancer and hereditary cancer risk. Dr. Jacobson is also a board member of both the Canadian Menopause Society and the Menopause Foundation of Canada, helping to shape the national conversation on midlife women’s health.
